| CAMPAIGN SUMMARY |
| Marissa Lihan is a Laser Radial sailor from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Her first boat was a wooden Clearwater pram, which she enthusiastically sailed on the canal she grew up on. She eventually graduated into optimists, sailing for the Lauderdale Yacht Club Junior Sailing Team, and through many years of hard work and excellent coaching, she reached the international level in the optimist fleet. Now she finds herself still trying to figure out the Laser Radial, and hopes to prove herself this summer, as she will be testing many new waters. Her biggest focus this summer will be preparing herself best for the ISAF Youth Worlds, in Buzios, Brazil, and she is ecstatic for the opportunity to represent her country at the World Games. |
