CAMPAIGN SUMMARY

Rigamaroo Racing is a match racing team comprised of young and talented sailors who are eager to compete in match racing regattas throughout the United States and beyond. Our team background includes experience in classes such as Melges 32s, J27s, Ultimate 20s, & Swedish Match 40s. As a newly formed team we have two Grade 3 wins. We have qualified for the 2011 Grade 2 Detroit Cup, the 2011 Grade 2 Chicago Match Cup and the Knickerbocker Cup. We are hoping to gain an invitation to the Inaugural Oakcliff International Grade 2 Match Race to round out the Grand Slam Series. With a little help, we believe that we have a great chance to be a top team at any match racing event.

We have finalized our schedule for the 2011 Grand Slam series. We feel great being invited to all 4 regattas comprising the series, but due to school, funds, and other issues we will only be able to attend the Chicago Match Cup and the Detroit Cup. We are excited to be attending these 2 high profile regattas and cannot wait to race against some of the best competition in the world. We are the lowest ranked team attending either regatta but know we can hang with them.
