| CAMPAIGN SUMMARY |
I am currently the Program Manager for Sailors for the Sea, a nonprofit organization that educates and empowers boaters to protect and restore oceans and local waters. We are engaged on a major campaign to bring science-based environmental education to sailing schools, and to reduce the overall impact of major regattas and events on the waters we sail.
My own sailing background is mainly on board tall ships and crewing aboard a J80 in Marblehead. My goal is to get out on the water more and more each year, and gain experience sailing single and double-handed boats. So many boats, so few hours in the day! |
